This PR adds support for time-slice SLOs to the Datadog Operator. Could the maintainers please add the following labels to satisfy the CI requirements:

• enhancement (as this adds new functionality)
• qa/skip-qa (as the API integration is still TODO pending verification of the Datadog API client structure)

The implementation includes:

• Type definitions and validation for time-slice SLOs
• Comprehensive test coverage
• Example configuration and documentation
• Placeholder for API integration (marked as TODO)
