2015 Arena Stage Info
Venue is not within walking distance of hotel, but is near the Metro (Waterfront on Green Line).

June is definitely the best fit in terms of availability, and right now the third week of June specifically has great availability.
Here’s what Arena Stage is recommending in terms of space usage:
- Kreeger Theater (seats up to 500) for your keynotes and ignite sessions
- Fichandler Stage (our theater in-the-round) for your circular set-up space
- Breakouts in the following rooms:
- Kreeger Theater
- Kogod Cradle (our 200 seat space)
- Fichandler Stage
- One rehearsal hall
- Classroom
- Molly Smith Study
- Lower Lobby
- Brainstorm on additional breakout rooms – may be able to split a couple of rooms into two, and create additional breakouts that way – done this in the past, but the effectiveness really depends on the content of the breakouts
- Sponsor space in the Grand Lobby
- Breakfast and lunch in the Café, Terrace, and Grand Lobby – standing/networking and buffet style, not necessarily all seated if you exceed 350 guests
Excellent WiFi in the facility, as well as full a/v capacities in the theaters.
For pricing, similar events have been in the following ball park: The rental fee is typically in the $24,000 - $28,000 range, plus a $1,500 cleaning fee The staffing fees (inside the theaters, for lighting, sound, etc.) is typically around $8,000 - $10,000 (the range depends on your legth of day, amount of set-up, etc) A basic a/v package for each theater is $1,050 per theater and includes a screen, projector, podium, and mic A dedicated full facility wifi connection is $500
Overall, the costs typically run in the $38,000 - $45,000 range after all is said and done.
