  • azurewebsites.net now have Unique Default Hostname reference

This does not mitigate the issue entirely as Microsoft does not enforce this.

It is optional in the portal so you can still manually enter the name for the app f.x: pleasetakethisover.azurewebsites.net.

So this is still valid.
