This PR adds the GenX data model schema. We have filled in the yaml file as instructed. We have ongoing work (available at the branch here) where we have code for our initial integration of PowerSystemsInvestmentsPortfolios with GenX. This is not yet part of the main branch and there is ongoing development on this code. We outlined the .yaml file for GenX on the main branch and do not discuss the PSIP integration as much in the .yaml file. If you would like details for this integration added, please let us know and we can update this PR accordingly.
