Due to timely restriction through the upcoming release and due to the size of this PR I will take the responsibility to merge this to relieve the authority of this workload. (I reduce the change to a necessary minimum). The PR is C2 tested and resolves an obvious issue. (I will merge this only to ILIAS 9 to leave the final decision open to the authority). Greetings, |

Further, this aligns the behaviour of Groups and courses for that property to prevent distinguished duplicated error in future.
