This is just a drive-by prepratory cleanup
In analogy to `import foo as bar`. However, no lowering is added for this. My intention is to use this in a macro.

import foo as bar. Parsing only for use in macros (for now). Missing JuliaSyntax equivalent - will be added once PR is accepted.
