Created a copy of strings.xml to do a transliteration of Shavian.
Added /res/values/sh/strings.xml it is the transliteration of Latin English to Shavian English. Modified sync_translations.py to add Shavian. Added a missing oxford comma in /res/values/strings.xml I ran sync_translations.py locally to generate the data in /fastlane/metadeta/android/sh Not sure if it will actually be possible to put Shavian in the app without more additions as there doesn't seem to be a way to change language in the app, unless I am missing something.

@HaleyHalcyon I translated Unexpected Keyboard into Shavian. I am not sure if you would want to take a look at it or not to see if I made any mistakes, as you have contributed to Unexpected Keybaord before and understand Shavian. |

sh is the language code for Serbo-Croatian; use en-Shaw or en-Shaw-UK instead (cf. Wikipedia article on IETF language tags)

Here is everything translated to Shavian, though from what I can tell it wont be able to be used until a manual langauge selector is added as I mentioned in #1027
