…porting - Add Arduino CLI setup to GitHub Actions build-and-test job (was only in e2e job) - Enhance test assertions with detailed error logging using .withContext() - Improve arduino-cli spawn error handling to return structured error instead of null - Update error message: 'Arduino CLI not available' → 'Failed to execute arduino-cli: ...' - Increase timing tolerance in core-cache-locking tests from 500ms to 1000ms for CI stability - Update affected test expectations to match new error messages
