Pull Request Description
Work in progress. Takes advantage of NREL/EnergyPlus#11037.
Replaces the 1500 lines (15-20% of the IDF) of
Schedule:Compactwith the E+ built-in correlation. The E+ correlation was added to reflect our Burch/Christensen mains water temperature algorithm, but we could never use it previously because the correlation needs to be adjusted when there is a DWHR.Checklist
