- Add multi-file environment loading (.env.{NODE_ENV}, .env.local, etc.)
- Create environment-specific config files for dev/staging/production
- Add request header logging to MCP client debug output
- Add version bump scripts to package.json
- Remove hardcoded environment defaults in favor of .env file driven config
