Version 2 of NeMo-TMS

  • Streamlined the NeMo-TMS structure to improve user interactivity
  • Removed dependencies (VRL-Studio & gmsh), and integrated dependencies (TREES & T2N) for easier setup
  • Added synaptic inputs (random and synchronous with TMS pulse)
  • Improved the TMS waveforms based on commercially available TMS systems
  • Added the option to run simulations at a high temporal resolution
  • Updated neocortical models to have more realistic morphology
