Version 2.1 of NeMo-TMS

Fixed minor issues
Added GUI for selecting the morphology file in the Jarsky model
Added more informative errors
Added .mod file checking before generating models
Added stack for 'save_locations.hoc' for Aberra_L23_model
Updated the guides accordingly

Note: We use underscore(_) instead of period(.) for version naming because UG4 does not accept file names with a period in them.
