编译报错，ReduceAMaxGradKernel找不到声明，需要解决

老师，这个报错应该是NO.95的paddle/phi/kernels/gpu/reduce_kernel.cu的头文件里namespace phi少了ReduceAMaxGradKernel。我把这个ReduceAMaxGradKernel加到paddle/phi/kernels/reduce_kernel.h里，然后提一个PR了
