Updated to pull VxBootstrap from crowdstrike.com and drop the dependency on another Github repo. @kkochanski , what are your thoughts? This is working correctly on Ubuntu 16.04.7 LTS, and so we'd just need minor updates when the cutover to Ubuntu 18 happens.
