Halfway through testing and updating the syntax for the usage examples. I still need to add images and fix the table formatting at the end of the document
Added several new images to docs/source/_static for use in documentation examples, including figures for RNA, DNA, and protein design outputs. Updated rfdpoly_usage_examples.md to include these images, improved example commands for clarity and reproducibility, added new sections for further reading, and clarified argument usage and visualization notes. Also improved formatting and fixed minor typos throughout the documentation.

Updated the 'tutorial' to fix typos, remove hard-coded paths, and add images. Placed image files in
docs/_static.
