P1-T11: Update test coverage badge in README.md with actual numbers

Description

Sync the README coverage badge and Performance coverage metric to the validated 90.91% total coverage, update the mirrored DocC overview to match, and archive the FLOW artifacts for P1-T11.

Local validation used equivalent commands because this shell does not have an editable install active: PYTHONPATH=src pytest, PYTHONPATH=src pytest tests/ -v --cov=src --cov-report=term, make lint, make typecheck, and make doccheck all passed. Existing websocket deprecation warnings from the test environment were unchanged.
