- Added "Decor" button between Toys and Mounts buttons in both Replicate and Summary tabs
- Implemented housing decor scanner using C_HousingCatalog.GetCatalogEntryInfoByItem API
- Added "Include collected decor" checkbox to filter collected/uncollected items
- Collection status determined by entrySubtype (2 or 3 = owned)
- Integrated with purchase tracking system
- Resolves Add uncollected Housing Decor items #49
