Fix changelog entry after merge

Description

Move the changelog entry added in this PR: #1997
into the correct location (after merging it was left under the previous release instead of the next one)

Changes made

Move the entry into the unreleased section of the changelog

After merge:

• Create forward/backward port if needed. If you are blocked from creating a forward port now please add a task to ISX-1444.
