Use online tab looked already selected, made it look unselected so that the user does not get confused and think it is already open.

we should remove the ghost code! Also make sure your commit messages are descriptive :)

The user feels like they are in the Use Online page instead of the home page. This fix will make that confusion of the user go away and ultimately give a better UX.
