…re revert strings Use hyper-evm-lib as a proper forge submodule instead of a vendored copy. Add hyperevm-deploy profile with revert_strings="strip" to keep HyperCoreFlowExecutor under EIP-170 size limit, allowing revert strings to be restored in all test files.
