Summary
We want to use other sensor that we have for localization (Lidar, IMU, RGB, ...).
We first need to do research on
- which data we have
- how we can use it
- how we can keep this modular
- which (standard) modules we can use to start with them.

- Check whether localization package Panther works well enough
- Internal research documentation up-to-date
- Decisions made with the team on with which sensors we're going to develop
- Reviewed
