Add support for running in a ReadOnly mode by setting an environment variable.
The value
MCP_READ_ONLY: "true"will not register the modification tools and they won't be available for the clients.This allows running the MCP Server safely in scenarios where the MCP Server is not expected to modify resources and applications.
