Currently, zooming with the keyboard or mouse scales the entire window.

Description
Allow users to zoom the window, terminal, and editor individually for precise control. The functionality is similar to that of VS Code. (Mouse scroll to zoom editor, keyboard for window and terminal)
Attached video demonstrates the feature in action.
