feat: add vk provider

1. Sign up at https://id.vk.com/about/business
2. Click Add app, enter an app name, select Web platform, click Next
3. Add Base domain and redirect URL (with localhost not working, use tunnel, like serveo.net)
4. Copy your App ID and Secure key
5. In Access, enable Basic access - Email
6. Save
7. Add to .env NUXT_OAUTH_VK_CLIENT_KEY and NUXT_OAUTH_VK_CLIENT_SECRET
8. Test VK auth
