revert all optimisations and keep current cinv based full refresh
the redesign of this typedef needs to be thought again

Why revert ?
the reload of custom metadata is not enough with just /typedef endpoint. If a custom metadata like tag is created and immediately operated with asset (without typedef api involved), this operation will always fail. Same for custom metadata which will fail silently.
Enum store reload is not happening due to internal atlas_core enum types
