Bug: Redundant and Incomplete Resource Patterns

The new relationship policies contain inconsistent resource patterns. The * pattern makes the {entity}/* pattern redundant. Also, the {entity}/* pattern is present without the base {entity} pattern, which may result in incomplete permission coverage for the specific entity.
