Note

Introduces full Helm packaging to deploy Atlas and the read stack (Cassandra, Elasticsearch, Logstash) with backups, metrics, ingress rate-limiting, HA/PDB/RBAC, and updates the multi‑cloud smoke test to patch StatefulSets.

• Helm packaging:
  • Add charts for atlas and atlas-read with configurable values, HA, RBAC, PDBs, and services/ingresses.
  • Include data components: cassandra (with Reaper/Icarus, backups) and elasticsearch (read and exporter), plus logstash (pipelines, Service).
• Networking & limits:
  • Nginx rate‑limiting proxy with VTS metrics and path-specific throttling; primary/secondary/healthcheck Ingress resources.
• Observability:
  • Prometheus ServiceMonitor/PodMonitor, telegraf configs, exporters (Cassandra/Logstash); enriched logback config.
• Operations:
  • Backup CronJobs (Cassandra/Elasticsearch), config ConfigMaps (Atlas app, Keycloak, audit index, ES/C* configs), PDBs.
• Scripts:
  • Update multi‑cloud smoke test to patch and roll out StatefulSet/atlas instead of a Deployment.
