This change provides the ability to reference a replica table, such as adding permissions to a resource in a different regions stack.
Description of changes
Add public method
regionalReplica()which takes stringregionfor the destination stacks region to allow you to access a replicas resources, such as tableArn etc... for permissions.Describe any new or updated permissions being added
