Updates dev test dependencies by bumping jest-environment-jsdom (and @jest/environment-jsdom-abstract plus aligned @jest/* packages) from 30.2.0 to 30.3.0 in package-lock.json.

Includes transitive lockfile adjustments: removes now-unneeded nested Jest dependency entries, marks some transitive packages as optional, and bumps a few indirect deps (e.g. nwsapi, ws) while dropping others no longer required (e.g. micromatch, @sinonjs/fake-timers).
