Hey @bc-Vince , I think this description may need a bit of clarification.

store/quote/created also fires when a Request for Quote is submitted from the Buyer Portal. In other words, this event can be triggered by a buyer-side action in the Buyer Portal. The only case where it does not fire is when the quote is still in draft status inside the Buyer Portal (i.e., when a buyer creates a draft quote but has not submitted it yet).

It might be helpful to clarify in the description that the event fires when the quote request is submitted, not when it is created as a draft.

@bc-sylvialin I have rewritten the description of the created event to distinguish that it triggers when new sales quotesw are submitted, and not when they are created as a draft. Let me know if I need to change anything else!
