Cleanmgr+

  • Optimized cleanup of Temporary files
  • Fixed critical bug in cleanup of Windows temp folder, which could lead to a permissions reset of this folder
  • Optimized cleanup of Thumbnails (if elevated rights available, the explorer.exe will be automatically restarted for a deeper cleanup)
  • Minor bug fixes
