I noticed the
CIworkflow usescoverallsapp/github-action@masterbut this caused warnings of outdatednodeversionChecking the repo, I found this thread: coverallsapp/github-action#201 which described that they switched from
mastertomaina year ago (coverallsapp/github-action#201 (comment)).This PR updated the workflow file to use a tagged version of
coverallsappinstead of the deprecatedmasterbranch
