* Remove --with-system-libsafec and --disable-libsafec configure options. Replace them with a single --with-libsafe=system|builtin * Do not require specifying libsafec option explicitely - if not given, it defaults to builtin. * --with-libsafec and --with-safec-dir are mutually exclusive.
