We used to have a CI job that checked whether the dockerfiles are generated using the templates or modified manually. It was removed in #745 and our template structure started to decay. This PR introduces a new workflow that makes sure that all the dockerfiles and associated scripts are in fact created using the templates.
Since our template structure uses
os-list.csvfile, I took the liberty of updating that file by:
