This commit archives v22.2 by: - Removing all v22.2 release notes, includes, and images - Fixing broken links in v23.1-v25.4 that referenced archived v22.2 docs
- Remove LLM-generated openssl_fix.rb script - Remove debug file output.txt - Update sidebar_htmltest.rb to respect htmltest config and skip archived versions
