test: update factory example and ARG test browser versions

Change

Browser versions in:

• factory/README.md (example)
• factory/test-project/argsDefined.Dockerfile (test using ARGs)

are bumped to align with the versions currently used in factory/.env which are used for all other test and build purposes:
