test: update test-project to cypress 14.5.0

Situation

• [email protected] updated to use [email protected] in https://github.com/cypress-io/cypress/blob/develop/packages/example/package.json from previously [email protected]. This jump included some minor changes to the Cypress scaffolded example tests.
• The factory/test-project is manually built from the above source

Change

• Re-scaffold the factory/test-project according to the instructions in the factory/test-project/README.MD
• Make corrections also to the instructions in the factory/test-project/README.MD

Verification

cd factory/test-project
set -a && . ../.env && set +a
docker compose run --build --rm test-factory-all-included

All tests should pass
