Summary

  • Add urlToFile utility function that creates a CompilableFile from a URL path
  • Export GetFileOptions interface and getFile function for external use
  • Uses @d-zero/shared/url-to-local-path for URL to local path conversion

Test plan

  • Lint check passed
  • Build check passed
  • All tests passed
