npm run test: all 40 tests are passing green.

I've:

picked up npm versions of packages with which pjs is fully functional
replaced obsolete Buffer API usage
found lost logo via web.archive.org
tested manually -j -f -m -r -i with Lodash and Ramda

And I'm happy to use pjs again
fixes #11

Also since June 15th, 2021, building on travis-ci.org is ceased. Consider using travis-ci.com or something else.
