[Draft] Delete llms.txt and move to cli claude.md

Decided to move llms.txt out to cli / skills repo not to duplicate in https://github.com/databricks/cli/pull/4243/changes

The reasoninig is - to keep single source of truth that is available to the agent - long term plan is to have dedicated skills repo, short term plan is to use bundled cli claude.md (suggested)

Feel free to comment how to resolve the duplication

databricks/cli@c5ec8c8 moved llms.txt into dedicated place split into files as claude skills - this way it will work better!

Hey,

Closing this PR in favor of #65. As discussed with @arsenyinfo during the offsite:

• we'll generate llms.txt and markdown files from the docs and embed them in our npm packages
• an agent will be able to access docs using the the npx @databricks/appkit docs command (in scope of a local app, or even when the @databricks/appkit package is not yet installed)
• the generic AppKit skill will point to the llms.txt file or the npx @databricks/appkit docs
