- New RemotePlatformEraseComponent with capability checkboxes, bitmask parsing, confirmation dialog, warning banners, and progress indicator - Unconfigure CSME is mutually exclusive: selecting it disables all other capability checkboxes with an inline explanatory message - DevicesService: adds sendRemotePlatformErase(); renames enableRPE to platformEraseEnabled to align with updated MPS API - DeviceDetailComponent: adds Remote Platform Erase nav item and route - models.ts: updates AMTFeaturesResponse/AMTFeaturesRequest types - i18n: translation keys for all strings across all 12 supported locales - Cypress E2E tests covering all key user flows
