Summary
This PR updates the DevOpsDays Maceio 2025 event with complete speaker information and program details.

• Speakers: Added 8 new speakers with photos and biographical information
• Adriano, Carlos, Giovana, Lanay, Lara, Marco, Pedro, Thiago
• Program: Created program entries for all speakers
• Assets: Added speaker photos (8 images)
• Configuration: Updated main event configuration file
• Content: Updated welcome page and speakers listing
• Localization: Renamed conduct file to Portuguese (conduta.md)
