Reopening the PR, although some characters appear to have encoding issues here, this seems to be just a bug in the pull request preview. I’ve double-checked the rendering using hugo server as well as directly in the branch, and in both cases the encoding is correctly set to UTF-8

Yeah, that's a weird one. They look like encoding issues in the diff view, but the raw files are correct and the rendered output is also correct. I've raised in #website for a second opinion, but I think we should be able to merge this.

The display behaviour seems pretty inconsistent. Idk we'll merge it and it'll probably be fine. 😆
