These commits fix an issue with the fancyheader in the Bibliography. This adds the following line to the main tex files:
\fancyhead[L]{\textsl{}}Without this, if the bibliography spans more than 1 page, then "Appendix X" will be added erroneously to the header of any bibliography pages past the first one.
