I've multiplied the values for an operating system, which is not Windows, by 0.283 for the
afterdoublelinesubsectionheaderspaceandaftermultilinesubsectionheaderspaceand for a Windows OS by 0.217.This fixes the problem, however, it might not be the best solution. Be aware that I am new to LaTeX, especially classes, so take this PR with a grain of salt. :)
