Fixed Typo in VSCode command in the Terminal when opening the SignalRChat folder name, the document has `SignalRChat1 instead of `SignalRChat as the folder name.

Thanks, @marcusbello! 🚀 ... The problem here is that it should have been a backtick (grave accent or backquote to many). By surrounding "SignalRChat" with them, it appears in the article in code styling. Thanks for calling it out and sending in a PR.
