Make the plugin run on a standard Zen Cart installation:

I confess I didn't understand the purpose of get_products_prices() but since it is not available in a standard Zen Cart installation (tested on v1.58a) I simply extracted the price from zen_get_products_display_price().
Add the option to use the Product Model as the SKU for reporting to Matomo instead of the Product ID:
