- Update the Environment Modules installation documentation for version 5.6.
- Use latest version of Tcl 8.6 (8.6.16 instead of 8.6.14).
- Change Environment Modules URLs (GitHub links instead of SourceForge).
- Fix installation instruction to use the tclsh binary from the installed Tcl version.
- Add reference to Environment Modules installation guide for customization.
