Move the Python implementation (attocode_py) from attocode/attocode_py/ to the repository root, and move the TypeScript codebase to legacy/. Update all CI/CD workflows, config paths, .gitignore, README, and documentation references to reflect the new structure. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
