Updates the
print-staging-reportcommand to detect when dispute games have been configured using game args rather than immutables in the implementation contract and extract the parameters from the right place.Change is made in a backwards compatible way so that the new
DisputeGameFactory.gameArgsmethod is only called if the absolute prestate isn't available from the implementation contract.fixes #1148
